Sales Manager – Lap & BL Designation : Sales Manager – Loan Against Property & Business Loans Grade Deputy : Deputy Manager Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Nashik, Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Jaipur, Chennai, Warangal, Job role : To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved Loan against properties, business loans & housing loans through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. Responsibilities o Acquire clients and generate revenue through cross sales of Loan against property, Business loans & housing loans o Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector relationships to ensure strong business o Retain and expand the company's base of customers for LAP, BL & HL as to ensure repeat business or referrals o Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals. o Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business o Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion & to enable quick turnaround time for lending proposals o Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the direct team of Sales Officers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area o Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales. o Lead and supervise the team of sales officer for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies o Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies o Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. • Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure completion of credit / KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits. • Ownership of client queries and use industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: • Graduation/ Post-Graduation / MBA from a recognized institute • 3 - 8 years of experience in the NBFC & BFSI sector Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills • Should possess the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure and in a given timeline • Should have prior knowledge of various lending products and experience of structuring transactions
